Wall Ball Routine

Since everyone needs to improve their stick skills, please read below:

Coach Chuck’s Wall Ball routine:

20 righty
20 left
20 catch & switch hands
20 throw and switch hands
10 backhand righty
10 backhand lefty
10 quick stick right
10 quick stick lefty
5 single hand righty
5 single hand lefty
10 behind the back righty

*Do this before practice for the next two weeks. Poles, ignore the single hand and behind the back
